Finally! After looking like we wouldn’t bring in a defender before the Rochdale game, we thankfully have.
Ipswich Town centre back Toto Nsiala has joined Bolton Wanderers on loan until the end of the season.
Let’s hope he’s good at holding the line.
So who is Toto?
Well, the 27 year old was a product of Everton’s academy. He spent time in the national league with several sides before finding form with Shrewsbury Town, impressing as they reached the League One play-off final in 2018.
As manager Paul Hurst left The Shrews for Ipswich, he brought Nsiala with him for £750,000.
Eighteen months on, it hasn’t worked out for Toto in the south-east for whatever reason.
Having played just three times in the league this season, Nsiala joins Wanderers looking for games and to get his career back on track.
Welcome to Wanderers, Toto!
