The first signing of the January transfer window is here!

Bolton Wanderers have signed the highly rated non-league striker Muhammadu Faal from Enfield Town on an eighteen month contract.

The 22 year old second cousin of Liverpool’s Joe Gomez has scored 24 goals in 25 games for Enfield this season.

His goalscoring prowess has attracted interest from several Premier League teams, with Watford, Crystal Palace, Bournemouth & Sheffield United all linked with the forward.

But it’s Wanderers who have got the deal done.

Upon signing for the club, Faal said: “It feels great to be here. I am ecstatic to have got the deal done and I just can’t wait to get started.”

”First and foremost, I want to say I will work hard for this team. The team always comes first.”

”But saying that, I like to get on the ball and score goals. I am looking forward to showing the fans what I can do.”

Welcome to Wanderers!
