Welcome back to the LOVpod for another special episode to keep you entertained in these strange times. For episode 136, myself, Tom, along with Will and James have the pleasure of talking to former Wanderers’ captain, David Wheater.

Wheats talks about both the highs and the lows of his eight and a half year spell with Wanderers, going into detail about the clubs financial struggles and his relationships with the various managers he played for, whilst giving his take on those memorable goals against Port Vale, Peterborough and, of course, Nottingham Forest.

After a fairly extensive chat, we also put your questions from Twitter to the big man, some football related, some branching out into the world of wrestling.

I would strongly suggest you check out our recent special podcasts with Stu Holden, Radhi Jaidi and Adam Le Fondre: there are stories aplenty in those to keep you occupied whilst stuck at home, for sure.

As ever, sit back, relax, and enjoy episode 136 of the LOVpod with David Wheater!
